Dwight received a Certificate from the  VC Lab's Venture Institute's 9 week intensive, where he was trained in all aspects of running a venture capital firm and a venture capital fund -- including fund models; improving resumes and social media presence; pacing and scheduling; successful vc investments from seed to exits; popular venture structures; Limited Partner archetypes; the Power Law; fund and portfolio economics; deal sourcing; compliance policy; valuation policy; the law and the Limited Partner agreement; and venture accounting. Then he was placed on the investment committee of an venture capital technology company for an 8-week intensive. Based on surviving  those 17 weeks, GoVCLab.com accepted him into their exclusive accelerator for Venture Capital Funds.

Dwight founded and managed a 14-country non-profit startup focused on youth/student education and women’s advocacy. He secured and managed $1 million for this project. The countries included Hawaii, Fiji, Japan, Australia, India, England, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Cuba, Jamaica, Brazil, and the USA. He has been to 41 countries.
